The staff was only doing it through anydesk, himself had no knowlege at all. The repair/backup took much longer than promised, and I was not kept updated on the status. After wasting almost full day from 12 pm to 7 pm, the problem was not resolved and phones were returned as it is. I went there only for whatsapp business transfer from android to my iphone which there are incapable to doing. I expected better professionalism and accountability from a tech solutions shop.
